PCIe 6.0 SSDs are moving from specification sheets into real hardware. Samsung began mass production of its PCIe 6.0 PM1763 enterprise SSD in July 2026, while Marvell, Phison and Silicon Motion are preparing PCIe 6.0 controller platforms.
