It uses a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and SanDisk TLC 3D NAND, delivering sequential read speeds up to 7,300MB/s and write speeds up to 6,300MB/s. The 1TB model reaches up to 800K random read IOPS and 1,100K random write IOPS for responsive game and application data access. It carries a 600TBW endurance rating, supports compatible M-key M.2 2280 systems, and is backed by a five-year limited warranty.
