The Transcend MTE310S 1TB (TS1TMTE310S) is a compact M.2 2230 NVMe SSD designed for compatible space-constrained systems, including ultrabooks, lightweight notebooks, tablets and handheld gaming devices. Using a PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and 3D NAND flash, the 1TB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 5,000MB/s and write speeds up to 3,500MB/s, with 4K random performance reaching 330,000 read and 690,000 write IOPS. Its 30mm form factor provides high-capacity internal storage in a small footprint, while SLC caching, LDPC coding, S.M.A.R.T. and Advanced Garbage Collection support drive performance and management.
