The Transcend MTE300S 512GB (TS512GMTE300S) is a compact M.2 2230 NVMe SSD designed for compatible ultrabooks, lightweight notebooks, tablets and handheld gaming PCs. Using a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and 3D NAND flash, the 512GB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 2,000MB/s and write speeds up to 1,100MB/s, with 4K random performance reaching 90,000 read and 190,000 write IOPS. Its single-sided 30mm design fits space-constrained systems, while SLC caching, LDPC coding, S.M.A.R.T. and Advanced Garbage Collection provide additional performance, error-correction and drive-management capabilities.
