The Transcend MTE115S 2TB is an M.2 2280 NVMe internal SSD designed for compatible desktop and laptop systems requiring fast, high-capacity PCIe storage. Using a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and 3D NAND flash, the 2TB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 2,100MB/s and write speeds up to 1,700MB/s. It uses a DRAM-less architecture with SLC caching to support storage performance, while LDPC error correction, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and Advanced Garbage Collection provide additional drive-management functions. Its standard M.2 2280 form factor makes it suitable for systems equipped with a compatible M-key PCIe/NVMe slot.
