The Transcend MTE115S 250GB (TS250GMTE115S) is an M.2 2280 NVMe internal SSD designed for compatible desktop PCs, laptops and ultrabooks. Using a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface with NVMe 1.4 and 3D NAND flash, the 250GB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 3,000MB/s and write speeds up to 1,300MB/s, with 4K random performance reaching up to 250,000 read and 170,000 write IOPS. Its single-sided, DRAM-less design provides compact PCIe storage, while S.M.A.R.T., Advanced Garbage Collection and LDPC coding support drive monitoring, NAND management and error correction.
