The Transcend MTE115S 1TB (TS1TMTE115S) is an M.2 2280 NVMe internal SSD designed for compatible desktop PCs, laptops and ultrabooks. Using a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface and 3D NAND flash, the 1TB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 3,200MB/s and write speeds up to 2,000MB/s, with 4K random performance reaching 250,000 read and 170,000 write IOPS. Its DRAM-less architecture combines with Transcend storage-management technologies including S.M.A.R.T., Advanced Garbage Collection and LDPC coding, while a 400TBW endurance rating and five-year limited warranty support long-term internal storage use.
