The Thermalright TL-E12B-S V3 is a 120mm black ARGB cooling fan designed for PC case airflow and compatible cooling applications. It operates at up to 2000 RPM ±10%, delivering a maximum 72.37 CFM airflow and 2.87 mm H₂O static pressure. A 4-pin PWM connector enables motherboard-controlled fan speed, while the separate 3-pin 5V ARGB connector provides addressable lighting control through a compatible motherboard header or controller. The fan uses an S-FDB bearing, measures 120 × 120 × 25mm and has a manufacturer-rated maximum noise level of 27.7 dBA.
