The Thermalright TF9 2.9g is a gray thermal paste designed for heat transfer between CPUs or GPUs and compatible cooling surfaces. Thermalright specifies 14 W/m·K thermal conductivity, thermal impedance below 0.01°C·cm²/W and a specific gravity of 2.9 at 25°C. The compound is electrically non-conductive, making it suitable for use around sensitive electronic components when correctly applied. Its 2.9g syringe format supports CPU cooler installation, system maintenance and compatible GPU repasting. Note that the exact TF9 specification is 14 W/m·K, not 14.3 W/m·K; 14.3 W/m·K applies to Thermalright TFX.
