The Thermalright Royal Pretor 130 Black is a dual-tower CPU air cooler engineered with six 6mm heat pipes, a nickel-plated C1100 pure-copper base and two high-airflow PWM fans. Its cooling assembly pairs a 120mm TL-H12-X28 fan rated up to 2150 RPM and 80.45 CFM with a 130mm TL-HD13-X28 fan rated up to 1750 RPM and 81.88 CFM. The heatsink measures 130 × 112 × 158mm, while S-FDB V2 fan bearings and PWM speed control support load-responsive cooling. It supports modern Intel LGA1851/LGA1700 and AMD AM5/AM4 platforms as well as several older Intel sockets.
