The Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO is a dual-tower CPU air cooler built with seven 6mm heatpipes, a nickel-plated C1100 pure copper base, and two TL-K12 120mm PWM ARGB fans. Its heatsink measures 110 × 125 × 157mm and weighs 810g without the fans. Each TL-K12 reaches up to 2150 RPM with 69 CFM maximum airflow and 2.87 mmH₂O static pressure, combining strong heatsink airflow with 5V addressable RGB lighting. Thermalright lists compatibility with Intel LGA1851/LGA1700 and several older Intel sockets, plus AMD AM5 and AM4, making it a substantial air-cooling option for performance-focused desktop systems.
