The Samsung 990 EVO Plus 2TB is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD designed for high-speed gaming, productivity and everyday PC storage. It supports PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 with NVMe 2.0, delivering sequential read speeds up to 7,250MB/s and write speeds up to 6,300MB/s. The 2TB model uses Samsung V-NAND TLC, a Samsung in-house controller and Host Memory Buffer technology, with random performance reaching up to 1 million read and 1.35 million write IOPS. It provides 1,200TBW endurance, hardware encryption support and a five-year limited warranty.
