The Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB is an M.2 2280 NVMe SSD designed for fast gaming, productivity and everyday PC storage. It supports PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 5.0 x2 with NVMe 2.0, delivering sequential read speeds up to 7,150MB/s and write speeds up to 6,300MB/s. The 1TB model uses Samsung V-NAND TLC, a Samsung in-house controller and Host Memory Buffer technology, with random performance reaching up to 850K read and 1,350K write IOPS. It also provides 600TBW endurance, hardware encryption support and a five-year limited warranty.
