The Samsung 9100 PRO 1TB is a PCIe 5.0 x4 NVMe M.2 2280 SSD designed for high-performance gaming PCs, workstations and demanding applications. The 1TB model delivers sequential read speeds up to 14,700MB/s and write speeds up to 13,300MB/s, with random performance reaching 1.85 million read and 2.6 million write IOPS. It combines Samsung V-NAND TLC, a Samsung in-house controller and 1GB LPDDR4X cache memory. With NVMe 2.0, Intelligent TurboWrite 2.0, hardware encryption support, 600TBW endurance and a five-year limited warranty, it provides high-speed Gen5 storage for compatible systems.
