The RPD High Performance Silicone Grease Thermal Paste is a Cooler Master HTK-002 series thermal compound designed for heat transfer between electronic components and compatible heatsinks. Its grease-like silicone formulation is filled with thermally conductive metal oxides and is suitable for CPUs, motherboard chipsets, VGA/GPU applications and other compatible heatsink interfaces. The white compound has a specified thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/m·°C, specific gravity of 2.37 and a dielectric, non-flowing formulation. It is designed to maintain consistency across a wide operating temperature range while providing an even thermal interface when correctly applied.
