The Lexar NM620 M.2 2280 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe SSD 1TB is an NVMe solid-state drive designed for compatible desktops and laptops with an M.2 2280 PCIe interface. It supports the NVMe 1.4 standard and uses 3D TLC NAND flash, with sequential performance of up to 3500MB/s read and up to 3000MB/s write depending on capacity. The NM620 also incorporates LDPC technology for data reliability and uses a DRAM-less design with no moving parts. Its PCIe Gen3x4 interface provides substantially higher sequential transfer capability than SATA-based SSDs.
