The 256GB model delivers sequential read speeds of up to 550MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 450MB/s, along with up to 60K random 4K read and 70K write IOPS. It uses 3D NAND technology to enhance capacity, performance and stability while eliminating the mechanical structure of traditional hard drives. With a 120TBW endurance rating, TRIM support, maximum power consumption of 1.8W and a three-year warranty, the CITY E100 is suited to everyday system and application storage.
