It uses the M.2 2280 form factor and Micron 232-layer TLC NAND, delivering sequential read speeds up to 7,300MB/s and write speeds up to 6,800MB/s. Random performance reaches up to 1.15 million read IOPS and 1.44 million write IOPS for responsive application, game and project-file access. The 1TB model carries a 600TBW endurance rating, supports Microsoft DirectStorage, and is available in both standard and integrated-heatsink configurations with a five-year limited warranty.
