The Cooler Master CryoFuze 7 4g is a gray thermal paste formulated for heat transfer between CPUs, GPUs and compatible cooling surfaces. Cooler Master uses a nanoparticle-based composition with specified thermal impedance of 0.03°C·cm²/W and a specific gravity of 2.7 at 25°C. Its non-corrosive, anhygroscopic formulation remains stable across a specified -50°C to 250°C temperature range, while the viscosity-balanced consistency is designed for easier application and cleanup. This 4g version carries product number MGZ-NDSG-N04G-R1 and includes a scraper and grease cleaner for thermal compound installation and maintenance.
