The Cooler Master CryoFuze 7 2g is a gray thermal paste designed for heat transfer between CPUs, GPUs and compatible cooling surfaces. Its nanoparticle-based formulation provides low thermal impedance of 0.03°C·cm²/W, while the non-corrosive and anhygroscopic composition is designed to remain stable across a specified -50°C to 250°C temperature range. Cooler Master uses a viscosity-balanced formula to simplify application and cleanup during cooler installation or processor maintenance. This 2g version, product number MGZ-NDSG-N07M-R2, includes a scraper and grease-cleaning wipe for preparing and applying the thermal interface compound.
