The ASUS PRIME Z790-P CSM is an ATX desktop motherboard built around the Intel Z790 chipset and LGA1700 socket. It supports Intel Core processors from the 12th, 13th and 14th generations, along with Pentium Gold and Celeron processors, and uses DDR5 memory with dual-channel architecture across four DIMM slots. Expansion includes one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and three PCIe 4.0 x16 slots, while storage includes three M.2 slots and four SATA 6Gb/s ports. The board also provides 2.5Gb Ethernet, USB 3.2 connectivity, HDMI, DisplayPort and a Thunderbolt/USB4 header.
